We're back to the
Heart of the City Market starting Wednesday May 13! Mark brings lettuce, kale, chard, mix, spinach and edible flowers.
It's planting season now.
Every week we plant lettuce and basil and zukes are now in. Bunching greens from the early plantings are now harvestable.
The first tomato plants and winter squash sprouts are in the ground, reaching for the water from the April rains. Another
rain would be very helpful for our very dry farmed fields and the next waves of tomato planting. Our Facebook is
updated often so check us out!
Mark and I have been growing true, never-watered dry farmed Early Girl
tomatoes since 1985! Why does everyone want to copy us? Because our tomatoes are so incredibly delicious! And we do it the
hard way, which definitely takes more finesse and experience.
