Two Dog Farm is a family-run certified organic farm located near Davenport in Santa Cruz County, about 70 miles south of San Francisco.

We sell our produce seasonally (late May to mid November) at farmer's markets and retail stores in Santa Cruz and San Francisco.

We pride ourselves on high quality, delicious produce.

Don't miss the dry-farmed tomatoes! See how 31 years  of dry-farming experience makes a difference.

Nibby will start coming to the Alemany Market every Saturday now starting July 11. Mark is coming to the Heart of the City Market every Wednesday and Sunday with beautiful lettuces, kales, collards, chard, salad mix, spinach and cabbage. Now we have basil, sunflowers and snapdragons too. The baby tomatoes are all planted and growing. Red fruit are still at least a month away, but the plants look great in spite of such a dry spring!

We're back to the Heart of the City Market starting Wednesday May 13! Mark brings lettuce, kale, chard, mix, spinach and edible flowers.
It's planting season now. Every week we plant lettuce and basil and zukes are now in. Bunching greens from the early plantings are now harvestable. The first tomato plants and winter squash sprouts are in the ground, reaching for the water from the April rains. Another rain would be very helpful for our very dry farmed fields and the next waves of tomato planting.  Our Facebook is updated often so check us out!
Mark and I have been growing true, never-watered dry farmed Early Girl tomatoes since 1985! Why does everyone want to copy us? Because our tomatoes are so incredibly delicious! And we do it the hard way, which definitely takes more finesse and experience.
